Recoating

Our housekeeping team will be on hand the day after your second night to replace your towel kits and garbage cans, and to clean the floor. Please contact reception for further information or additional services.

you can modulate the temperature by pressing “+” or “-“, as well as the fan speed. (do not change cooling or heating mode)

Since its inception, Le Lazaret has placed great emphasis on respect for living beings and the environment.
For you, for us and for future generations, we do everything we can to minimize the impact of our activities on the environment.
To give concrete expression to our commitment to continuous improvement, we would like to inform you that we are in the process of obtaining the Clef Verte label .


We raise awareness among our teams and customers:

  • Our teams are trained in the eco-gestures to be observed in their daily tasks.
  • We make our holidaymakers and customers aware of the importance of sustainable behavior in their daily lives.
  • Posters in communal areas inform you about eco-actions to adopt.
  • We offer a range of mobility alternatives, including bike rentals, access to the maritime shuttle service, and charging stations for electric vehicles.

We save water and energy:

  • We have installed water-saving devices on taps and showers to avoid depleting the resource.
  • We read our water and electricity meters every month to better manage our consumption.
  • We limit the use of low-energy light bulbs on the site.
  • We have installed presence detectors in common areas to limit energy wastage.
  • All our rooms are equipped with a centralized energy management system.
  • We invite you to use heating and air-conditioning systems sensibly.
  • We are committed to the development of renewable energies.

We limit and sort waste:

  • We have set up several selective sorting zones in the park and common areas.
  • We sort all types of waste and promote recycling or composting.
  • We work with partners to limit unnecessary packaging.
  • We have set up recycling channels for your used bulbs and batteries.
  • We offer no disposable crockery (except for picnics).

We care about your well-being:

  • We cook a variety of meals, using seasonal and local produce, and can accommodate special diets (on request).
  • The products used to maintain the premises are eco-labelled.
  • For the well-being of our teams and you, we avoid the use of harmful products.
  • All our soaps are eco-labeled.

And more:

  • Our green spaces are maintained without pesticides and we use alternative methods to combat pests.
  • We partner with local resources and give a second life to equipment/furniture.
  • Each year, we commit to new actions to improve our approach. Don’t hesitate to send us your ideas.

Tri des déchets au Lazaret à Sète ♻️

Consignes simples pour un séjour écoresponsable en bord de mer

Au Domaine du Lazaret à Sète, le tri des déchets fait partie intégrante de notre démarche environnementale.
Nous comptons sur chacun pour adopter les bons gestes et contribuer à un tourisme durable en Occitanie.

👉 Voici les consignes à suivre pendant votre séjour.


Déchets non recyclables (ordures ménagères)

Tous les déchets qui ne peuvent pas être recyclés doivent être déposés dans les bacs prévus :

  • Dans le parc et aux abords des allées
  • Dans le salon Lucien Benoît
  • Dans les salles Méditerranée, Cette et Chalet

Cartons, plastiques et canettes (tri sélectif)

Les emballages recyclables doivent être triés séparément :

  • Cartons d’emballage
  • Bouteilles et flacons plastiques
  • Canettes et emballages métalliques

  • Dans le parc et aux abords des allées
  • Dans le salon Lucien Benoît
  • Dans les salles Méditerranée, Cette et Chalet

Biodéchets (déchets alimentaires)

Les déchets organiques doivent être déposés dans les bio-seaux prévus :

  • Disponibles dans le salon Lucien Benoît
  • Présents dans les salles communes

👉 Objectif : favoriser le compostage et limiter les déchets résiduels.


Verre

Pour des raisons de sécurité et d’organisation :

  • Laissez le verre dans votre chambre
    ou
  • Déposez-le au bar (horaires : 17h00 à 23h30)

Textiles

Les vêtements et textiles usagés peuvent être déposés :

  • À l’accueil du Lazaret

Mégots de cigarette

  • À déposer uniquement dans les cendriers prévus à cet effet
  • Présents dans le parc et les zones extérieures

🚭 Rappel : il est strictement interdit de fumer dans les locaux

👉 Les mégots sont collectés et recyclés.


Piles et batteries

  • À déposer dans la boîte prévue à cet effet
  • Disponible dans le salon Lucien Benoît

Le tri permet de :

  • Réduire l’impact environnemental du séjour

Votre participation est essentielle pour faire du Lazaret un lieu de séjour respectueux de l’environnement.

Pets are allowed all year round – except during the summer months of July and August.

A supplement of €10 per day per animal will be charged at the time of booking.

Pets are not allowed in the restaurant (except accompanying guide dogs) and must be kept on a leash.

You can request our “Welcome booklet for pet owners” from reception.

Please park only in designated parking spaces.

4 charging stations are available on the Lazaret site: 3 7 kW stations and one 22 kW station.

Each charging station is equipped with two charging points: T2 and residential.

Rates:

They include the EDF Business share and VAT.

Price (including tax):

1.07 euros/load (connection fee)

0.23 euros/kWh

At the buffet, serve yourself with pleasure… and with moderation. Together, let’s reduce food waste.

  • Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Dinner: 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Additional meals: Please reserve at least 1 hour before the meal in question.
  • Picnics: Please place your order by 7:00 p.m. the day before.

  • Take Bus No. 3 at the “Plan de la Corniche” stop (300 m from the Lazaret), heading toward the SNCF train station via downtown.
  • Bus No. 5, which goes through Mont Saint-Clair.
