What time is the room available?
To ensure the quality of our welcome, rooms are available from 4pm and must be vacated by 10am at the latest.
Can we come just for one night?
Yes. Outside summer (and sometimes, exceptionally in summer, contact us!) the day of arrival is free and the length of stay is free from one night (subject to availability).
Is it suitable for families?
Yes. The space, beach access, room configurations and seasonal entertainment make this a particularly comfortable stay for families compared to a traditional hotel.
Is there a restaurant on site?
Yes, with breakfast, half board and full board at the panoramic restaurant.
Can we come for a night or a weekend?
Yes, depending on the period. The night + breakfast package and the weekend stay by the sea are also available for short stays.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes. All Le Lazaret rooms are air-conditioned, in Comfort and Premium categories.
Are you conveniently located on the Corniche in Sète?
Yes. The estate is located on the Corniche, with direct access to the beach and nearby coastal walks.
Is Le Lazaret a hotel?
No, Le Lazaret is not a classic hotel: it's a 3★ vacation village. For a stay in Sète, however, you'll find what many expect from a seaside hotel: comfortable rooms, walking distance to the beach, on-site catering and practical services.
